The Venetian Expo and Convention Center (formerly Sands Expo) is adjacent to The Venetian and The Palazzo Las Vegas right off the Vegas Strip. Combined with the Venetian Convention Center at the Venetian and Palazzo, the Venetian Expo Center boasts 2.25 million square feet of flexible combined meeting and convention space. Venetian Expo puts you at the center of everything and is the site of numerous Las Vegas conventions and events throughout the year.

Navigating the Venetian Expo Center

One of the great benefits of Venetian Expo Center's prime location is its several enclosed pedestrian footbridges and walkways that connect various neighboring resorts. This network of walkways makes it possible to get from place to place without stepping a foot on the street.

The Venetian | The Palazzo
The Venetian and The Palazzo are located under the same roof as the Venetian Expo conference center and are all connected. Allow 10 minutes to walk from the entrance of either The Venetian or The Palazzo to the Venetian Expo Center.

Treasure Island (Ti)
Treasure Island (TI) is located across the Strip and connected by pedestrian bridges to Palazzo / The Venetian and Venetian Expo (on the east - approximately 10 – 15 minute walk). TI is also connected to The Mirage Hotel and Casino by a free tram (on the south), and The Fashion Show Shopping Mall (on the north).

Wynn Las Vegas | Encore at Wynn
Wynn Las Vegas and Encore at Wynn are located directly next door to The Palazzo and Venetian Expo Center. Guests can easily walk to conference events at Venetian Expo Center using the pedestrian bridge that directly connects the two hotels across Sands Avenue.

Caesars Forum
Caesars Forum is located directly behind The LINQ Promenade and next to the High Roller and connected to the Venetian Expo Center via a custom-built pedestrian sky bridge (during conventions).

Caesars Forum also have a direct access via skybridge to Harrah's Las Vegas and The LINQ Hotel and Casino. Another pedestrian bridge connects Caesars Forum to LINQ Promenade and Flamingo Las Vegas.

Walking from The Venetian to The Venetian Expo

The Venetian Expo is easily accessible from The The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino. From The Venetian, walk through the casino into Restaurant Row. Turn right and walk past Starbucks and The Venetian Showroom, into the Venetian Convention Center. The Venetian Expo is located at the end of this hallway.

Walking from The Palazzo to The Venetian Expo

The Venetian Expo is also easily accessible from The Palazzo Hotel. From The Palazzo, walk through the casino towards the Atrium waterfall, which leads to Restaurant Row. From Restaurant Row, turn left and walk past Starbucks and The Venetian Showroom, into the Venetian Convention Center. The Venetian Expo is located at the end of this hallway.

Parking at The Venetian Expo Las Vegas

Venetian Expo parking is located in the four level free underground parking garage of The Palazzo (enter the parking structure from Sands Ave.) and the above-ground 11-story parking structure at The Venetian (enter the parking structure from the "Strip" (Las Vegas Blvd) and follow signs to the parking garage.

Parking at The Venetian, The Palazzo and Venetian Expo is offered free for all attendees. Free valet parking is available at both The Venetian and The Palazzo porte cochere locations. Enter valet parking for both resorts from Las Vegas Blvd, the "Strip"

Limited oversized vehicle parking is available on the first level of The Venetian parking garage, and may be accessed from either the Las Vegas Blvd or Koval Lane entrances. Curbside loading and unloading is prohibited.

Taking the Bus to Venetian Expo Center

Venetian Expo & Convention Center is accessible via the "Deuce" double-decker buses that run along the "Strip". Get off at The Venetian when coming from the South and at TI (Treasure Island) when coming from the North.

The following buses also pick-up and drop-off directly at the Venetian Expo Center, located off Sands Ave.

Taxi/Lyft/Uber Services

Taxi fare from Harry Reid International Airport to the Venetian Expo Center is a flat $27. Taxi and Lyft/Uber lanes are located immediately outside of Venetian Expo's front entrance. Personally owned vehicles that are not "for-hire" may unload passengers when such stopping does not interfere with any transportation services that are lawfully entitled to occupy this area. Except for authorized emergency vehicles, no other vehicles are permitted to stop, stand, or park in these lanes.

Lyft/Uber lanes are located immediately outside of Venetian Expo's front entrance. Due to limited space for car pickups in the front driveway of the Venetian Expo Center, it's important that cars arrive only once a reservation is made. No one is permitted to park in front of the building to wait.

Hungry and need a quick bite to eat?

At the Venetian Expo & Convention Center, there are two food courts in Hall G on Level 1.
At the Venetian, there are two food courts which offer quick bite options. The first is located on Level 3 (Grand Canal Shoppes level) adjacent to the parking garage ramp. The second is located on Level 2 (Casino Level) diagonally from the Grand Lux Café.

Motorized and Wheeled Transportation

The Venetian Expo & Convention Center Las Vegas (10) Hoverboard and segway use by disabled guests is permitted within Venetian Expo upon request and under the following conditions:
1. It may not exceed the speed of walking pedestrians or pace of traffic.
2. It may not be operated in the casino or gaming areas/floor within The Venetian and The Palazzo.
3. It must yield to pedestrians.
4. It may not be operated while under the influence of alcohol/drugs or anything that would impair safe operation.
5. It may only have one (1) operator and no passengers.
6. It may not be operated on the escalators.

Hoverboards, segways and other wheeled transportation (i.e., rollerblades, bicycles, skateboards) not being used within ADA guidelines are strictly forbidden.

If a motorized scooter or wheelchair is needed, an on-site vendor (located inside the Exhibit & Business Service Center) rents out a limited quantity. Please call 702-733-5070 for assistance.

Venetian Expo & Convention Center No Smoking Policy
The Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act prohibits smoking in indoor public spaces. As a result, smoking/vaping is not allowed within Venetian Expo and the Venetian Convention Center; it is only permitted at the Designated Smoking Area near the front of Venetian Expo.
